1. Processing & Dispatch

• Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number.

• Pretoria & Gauteng: 2-3 business days.
• Other Major Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Free shipping on orders over R1000 (within South Africa).

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

• If an order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact support@iqra.co.za.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or courier strikes.

5. International Shipping
