Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Books must not have any writing, highlighting, or damage.
  • Digital products (e-books, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Opened or used stationery, CDs, or DVDs.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. How to Return an Item
