Returns Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item is returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Books must not have any writing, highlighting, or damage.
- Digital products (e-books, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Opened or used stationery, CDs, or DVDs.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. How to Return an Item
